Under the guidance of its Chief Customer Officer, Jill Easterbrook, Tesco has restructured its marketing department into three teams: customer insight and experience, marketing, planning & operations, and brand & proposition.

  • Customer Insight and Experience will be looked by Tracey Clements; Neil Adams will supervise Marketing, Planning and Operations, where as Sharry Cramond will look after Brand and Proposition.
  • The restructure, decided before the arrival of the new Chief Executive Officer, Dave Lewis, is done to integrate GM and food marketing, customer communications and customer experience areas more closely to strengthen the retailer’s focus on customers.
  • The move will result in several role cuts at Director levels where some will move to different roles while some will face the job cuts.
