Schwarz Group’s compact big-box banner Kaufland has introduced a card-based/digital loyalty scheme in Romania. The program covers the entire Kaufland Romania network and offer members discounts, loyalty points and other benefits.
The physical card offers standard benefits, but the app-based digital version offers additional price reductions for Kaufland Card users. Digital cardholders can also collect and use bonus loyalty points to pay for non-food campaign products, as well as personalised promotions tailored to the customer’s buying habits. These are expected to become available later this year.
